Three small things before you open it

For the next few days I will send you one short email each morning, walking you through the Kickstart step by step. Those emails only help you if you can see them. So:

1. Open the email and download your Kickstart. That is where the plan lives. Read the Day 1 page tonight.
2. Using Gmail? If my email is hiding in the Promotions tab, drag it into your Primary tab. Gmail pays attention to that, and tomorrow’s email will land where you can actually see it.
3. Add ada@drdazer.com to your contacts. That tells your email service I am someone you know, not a stranger shouting about offers.

And when you find the email, hit reply and tell me which score band you got. I read every reply. A reply also teaches your email service that my messages matter to you, which keeps the rest of them out of the spam folder.

Nothing in your inbox after 10 minutes?
